The hotel was in a central setting to several malls.

Absolutely perfect, wonderful location in the shopping area. Next to a train station, that's cool. Brand-new and huge room, with coffee/tea making machines, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

We had a brand-new and comfy room with 2 single beds. It was a great and unbeatable location for us, just next door to old town and the train station which is a 5 minute walk away.

the room we had included a safe box, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. the bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. location: the hotel was adjacent to central taoyuan, and the back alley.

Do recommend this place and would definitely come back. The hotel was located near to the surrounding area, the main train station and a mall and the alley next to a mall. We appreciated modern rooms with 2 single beds and the staff were very friendly and efficient...

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness and quality of facilities were impressive, from the hot shower to the comfortable bed. The staff, especially the female staff member who assisted me, were friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

Our stay at City Suites was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay during our three-night visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was surrounded by shops, restaurants, and street vendors, making it convenient for exploring Taoyuan. The self-check-in process was outstanding, adding to the ease and efficiency of our stay. Despite the lack of windows to the outdoors, being within a mall made it understandable. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern facilities, cleanliness, and excellent location.

We had a romantic escape and it was great. The spacious room was new, clean and modern. The staff was helpful, and the location was perfect for us. We found lots of restaurants and shops nearby. , we loved the fact that we could easily take the train to different cities nearby.

The directions to the hotel were not clear. It was hard to find the hotel, as there were no signs.

Room was impeccable, with a comfy bed and all necessary amenities. The shower was divine, offering just the right amount of pressure and temperature. The hotel's strategic location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and stores.

The lifts were not up to par, making it difficult to reach the designated floor. the entrance to the building was hard to find and looked quite shabby.

Despite the convenient location, the building itself may not be as clean and well-maintained as the hotel itself.
